Kathy Griffin Jokes About Trump's 'Enemies List' and Potential Internment Camps

Comedian Kathy Griffin, during a recent appearance on Chicago’s WGN radio, made light of her past controversies and the possibility of facing future repercussions from former President Donald Trump. Promoting her comedy tour, "My Life on the PTSD-List," Griffin referenced the 2017 incident involving a controversial photo of her holding a mask resembling Trump's severed head, which resulted in her being placed on the no-fly list. She jokingly urged fans to see her show before Trump potentially returns to office and she ends up in an "internment camp."

Griffin stated she believes she is on Trump's "enemies list" and that he frequently brings up her name. She recounted her 30-year acquaintance with Trump, dating back to her time on Bravo and his work on "The Apprentice." While acknowledging Trump had been pleasant to her friend, the late Joan Rivers, she stressed the importance of taking his words seriously, referencing his past remarks about creating "camps for his enemies."

It's worth noting that Trump has not publicly discussed establishing internment camps, though the Harris campaign made such accusations against him in past election ads. Griffin maintained her patriotic stance, highlighting her performances for troops overseas in Uzbekistan, Iraq, and Afghanistan.
