Unveiling the Epstein Files: Bondi Confirms More Documents Received from FBI

Following public disappointment over the initial release of Jeffrey Epstein-related documents, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi has announced the Department of Justice's receipt of a substantial number of additional files from the FBI. In a recent interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, Bondi revealed that the FBI delivered a "truckload" of documents after she imposed an 8 a.m. Friday deadline. She specified the documents were located in the Southern District of New York and stated that the FBI is currently reviewing thousands of pages. Bondi further confirmed Director Patel will provide a detailed report explaining the FBI's previous withholding of these documents.

Epstein/Bondi split

Describing the volume of new material as a "truckload of evidence," Bondi assured the public that the DOJ will meticulously examine the documents while prioritizing the protection of Epstein's victims. She also criticized the Biden administration for allegedly neglecting these files, questioning why they remained untouched in the Southern District of New York. Bondi expressed her commitment to transparency and the public's right to know, emphasizing the change in approach under the new administration.

The initial release of Epstein documents last week faced widespread criticism for its lack of significant new information, particularly regarding the anticipated "client list." Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Fla.) voiced her disappointment, stating the released documents seemed to be merely Epstein's phone book and did not meet public expectations. She demanded the information originally requested be made available.
