Three individuals inside the restaurant were also injured, either by the SUV itself or resulting debris. They were transported to a local hospital and are reported to be in serious condition. A fifth person sustained minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Preliminary investigations indicate the driver, who was unharmed, was exiting a parking lot across the street when the crash happened. Authorities are actively investigating the cause of the accident, and no charges have been filed at this time.
