Three Chilean men are facing federal charges related to the 2024 burglary of NFL quarterback Joe Burrow's residence. Photos surfaced showing the suspects posing with items allegedly stolen from the property, including a diamond-encrusted "JB9" necklace featuring a Nike swoosh. The suspects, identified as Jordan Francisco Quiroga Sanchez (22), Bastian Alejandro Orellana Morales (23), and Sergio Andres Ortega Cabello (38), were apprehended by the Ohio State Patrol after being tracked across multiple states. Another image revealed a collection of stolen jewelry displayed on a table. The suspects were reportedly found with burglary tools, a Bengals hat, and an LSU shirt, also believed to have been taken from Burrow's home. The FBI complaint suggests the burglary aligns with a pattern of similar crimes committed by South American theft groups targeting high-end jewelry and accessories. These groups often consist of individuals who entered the country illegally or overstayed their visas. The burglary occurred while Burrow was playing a game against the Dallas Cowboys in Texas. Model and social media influencer Olivia Ponton, identified as an employee of Burrow's, was present at the home during the incident, but no injuries were reported. The Cincinnati Bengals released a statement expressing gratitude to the authorities for their thorough investigation and successful apprehension of the suspects. They commended the Hamilton County Sheriff's Department and partner agencies for their exemplary work. Burrow addressed the incident publicly, stating that he felt his privacy had been violated. He acknowledged the widespread media coverage and expressed his desire to keep further details private.
