Justin Baldoni has unveiled additional evidence in his legal dispute with Blake Lively, including text messages purportedly from Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and an updated complaint. The information is available on a website called "The Lawsuit Info."
The website features a timeline of events related to the filming of "It Ends With Us," including previously undisclosed emails and texts. One text message exchange, allegedly from April 2023, shows Lively discussing a scene with Baldoni, describing her communication style as "flirty and yummy" and "playfully bold."

Other shared messages, allegedly from Reynolds to Baldoni in February 2023, express enthusiasm for the film and admiration for Baldoni.

Baldoni's attorney, Bryan Freedman, stated that the new evidence supports their claim that Lively and her team engaged in a "complex web of lies" and a "smear campaign" against Baldoni. He also pointed to the New York Times' involvement in the alleged effort to discredit Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios.

Lively's legal team is seeking a gag order in the case, arguing that Freedman's public statements could prejudice a potential jury. They contend that his actions are intended to damage the credibility of involved parties.

The ongoing legal battle stems from Lively's allegations of sexual harassment on the set of "It Ends With Us." Lively's initial complaint outlined various accusations against Baldoni and producer Jamey Heath, including inappropriate conversations and behavior. Baldoni, in his countersuit, claims Lively fabricated the accusations to salvage her reputation after issues surrounding the film's press tour.

Both Baldoni and Lively deny the allegations against them.
