Robert Gabriel, Jr., a long-time advisor to Trump, will serve as Assistant to the President for Policy. Gabriel has been involved with Trump's political endeavors since the 2015 campaign and served in the West Wing during Trump's first term.
Nicholas F. Luna, described by Trump as a "highly respected White House veteran," will take on the role of Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Implementation. Luna's responsibilities will encompass scheduling and external White House communications. He has previously held various positions within the White House, including Presidential Trip Director and Director of Oval Office Operations.

William "Beau" Harrison will serve as Assistant to the President and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations. Harrison is recognized as a trusted aide to both the President and the First Family. During Trump's first term, he acted as a liaison within the Executive Office of the President and oversaw presidential travel logistics, including international visits and summits with North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un.
