Actor and author Kirk Cameron recently expressed his disapproval of transgender activist Rose Montoya's decision to go topless at a White House Pride event. In an interview on Fox News Channel's "Jesse Watters Primetime," Cameron criticized the incident, describing it as "immorality and disrespect" and characterizing the involvement of children as "criminal." He contrasted President Biden's raising of the Pride flag with George Washington's historical emphasis on humility. Cameron, a father of six, has been visiting public libraries nationwide, promoting faith, family, and patriotism through story-time events. These events often include prayer, the Pledge of Allegiance, and singing the national anthem. Cameron highlighted a Bible verse about pride preceding destruction, emphasizing the importance of humility and considering others. He also criticized the current educational system, likening it to indoctrination and urging parents to protect their children. Cameron argued against the idea of freedom as license, advocating for liberty as the freedom to do what is right. He further condemned Montoya's actions as an "abomination," disrespectful to military veterans, and a misrepresentation of bravery. Cameron also promoted his new children's book, "Pride Comes Before the Fall," published by Brave Books, which follows his previous book, "As You Grow." He stressed the need to replace self-centered pride with humility and focus on others.
