Wrestling icon Jeff Hardy recently opened up about his career, reflecting on his past choices and the potential he believes he had. In a candid interview with WFAA-TV, Hardy discussed his struggles with addiction and legal issues, acknowledging their impact on his trajectory in professional wrestling.
Hardy expressed the belief that, had he made different decisions earlier in his life, he could have reached even greater heights, potentially surpassing the fame and success of John Cena. "The way I was living life in my 20s and 30s, if I was living life the way I’m living life now, oh my gosh, there’s no telling," he stated. He emphasized his natural talent for wrestling, feeling it was a path he was destined to follow.
Despite past challenges, the 47-year-old remains a prominent figure in the wrestling world. He's had stints in various organizations, including WWE, TNA Wrestling, Ring of Honor, and All Elite Wrestling, showcasing his enduring popularity and skill. Currently, he and his brother, Matt Hardy, hold the tag team championship title for TNA Wrestling, a victory they secured at Bound for Glory last year.
