Grammy winner Keith Urban has encountered some unusual fan interactions throughout his career. During a recent chat on "The Kelly Clarkson Show," the country music icon recounted a particularly memorable incident involving a fan and a prosthetic leg.
Urban, now 57, was performing years ago when a fan shouted a request to sign her leg. Thinking it was a simple autograph opportunity, Urban agreed. However, the situation took a surprising turn when the fan vanished momentarily, only to reappear and toss her prosthetic leg onto the stage.

The "Blue Ain't Your Color" singer described the leg landing with a thud. After signing it, he faced the dilemma of returning the prosthetic to its owner. Kelly Clarkson jokingly suggested crowd-surfing the leg back, a solution Urban confirmed he actually employed. He handed the prosthetic to the audience, who passed it back to the fan, who then reattached it. Urban described the whole scene as "rock and roll."
This incident, while unusual, highlights a concerning trend of fans throwing objects on stage during concerts. Artists like Luke Bryan and Morgan Wallen have had phones thrown at them, with Bryan even tripping over one. While they laughed off the incidents, Zach Bryan took a more serious stance when an object struck his bandmate, scolding the audience and threatening to eject the culprit.

Urban, meanwhile, released his 11th studio album, "High," in September—his first in four years. He described the album as a reflection of his dual personality: the responsible and reliable side, and the "animalistic, wild, reckless" side. He hopes the album captures both aspects of who he is.
