Gymnastics icon Simone Biles, known for her incredible athleticism and numerous Olympic gold medals, recently shared her experience returning to workouts after the Paris Olympics. Her first foray back into fitness involved a Pilates class, which, according to Biles' social media, proved to be a challenging experience she doesn't plan to repeat.

Biles documented her workout on Instagram, stating, "First time working out since the Olympics. This is what I wore to a Pilates class that I will never be attending again! It was too hard." The demanding nature of Pilates, which often involves specialized equipment and focuses on core strength and flexibility, seemingly took the decorated gymnast by surprise.

Pilates, developed by Joseph Pilates, typically utilizes machines with resistance bands and adjustable benches to target specific muscle groups. While known for its benefits in improving flexibility, building strength, and potentially alleviating lower back and leg pain, the workout intensity proved too much for Biles in her post-Olympic state.

While Biles hasn't dismissed the possibility of competing in future Olympics, particularly with the 2028 games being held in Los Angeles, she acknowledges her age (27) as a factor. In a recent statement, she remarked, "Never say never. The next Olympics is at home. So, you just never know. But I am getting really old." This leaves fans wondering if they'll see her compete on the world stage again. In the Paris Olympics, Biles added three golds and a silver in the floor exercise to her already impressive medal count.
