Anxious Passenger Opens Emergency Exit, Climbs Onto Airplane Wing After Landing

A passenger aboard an Alaska Airlines flight arriving in Seattle caused a stir on Sunday evening after experiencing anxiety and taking an unconventional exit route. Shortly after the plane landed at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, the woman opened the emergency exit located over the wing and climbed onto the wing itself.

Airport officials confirmed the incident, stating that the Port of Seattle Fire Department assisted the passenger back onto the ramp. Subsequently, the Port Police crisis team evaluated the situation and transported the passenger to a hospital for further assessment. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and airport operations remained unaffected.

An Alaska Airlines spokesperson confirmed the incident, assuring that the situation was resolved safely. The airline is currently collaborating with crew members and airport authorities to investigate the circumstances surrounding the event.
